Ah....the fountain of youth. Much can be discussed about this subject in detail and yet not have the definitive answer. There are many supplements on the market that are helpful but by no means a "magic bullet". Here are a few supplements listed below that my nutritionist/trainer has recommended to me.
The Anti-aging phase requires substances that aid in fat loss and increased stamina. This would include metabolic optimizers and supplements that combat stress:
Antioxidants
B-Complex
Magnesium
Co-Enzyme Q-10
Caffeine
Glucosamine
MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane)
BCAA (Branched Chain Amino Acids)
